I loved location and staff mainly. Memorable view, a beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, too. The staff did all they can for a luxurious stay. The beach was tidy.

Air conditioning was not cold.

Everything was excellent, it had strong wifi, no complaint. The absolutely amazing staff there were eager to help. Hotel was tidy. Service was unparalleled as we had expected. Small garden outside.

best hostel experience. rooms and views were in general cool. appreciated rooftop terrace. downtown puerto vallarta district was definitely worth visiting. nice assortment of coffee and fruit for breakfast.
